Fun outdoor classes to get you fit, toned, and energized. Our workouts of the day (WOD) are exciting and intense, and designed to get our clients fit fast! We use total body exercises focused on increasing strength, aerobic endurance, mobility, and best of all…losing body fat and changing your body! With all of our exercises completely customizable we are able to effectively challenge any and all fitness levels during the same workout. Classes will run about an hour in length including a dynamic warmup, reviewing the movements involved in the WOD and of course the actual WOD. Each WOD will be different everyday to keep things fresh and not getting stuck in the same routine. The group class setting is a great way to push yourself and others to keep going when you think you can't go any farther or do that last rep. Personal training and semi-private training is also available.
